Your cover letter should include your full name, your full address, and your contact details. For the sake of clarity and in order to avoid delays, we prefer typed or wordprocessed letters.

Accepted Methods of Payment:

We accept all major credit and debit cards; PayPal; cheques, bank drafts, and postal orders, (payable to "Iron Sky Publishing"); well-concealed cash in a registered letter (at your own risk); and gold or silver bullion. We accept Sterling, Euros, U.S. Dollars, Yen, and Renminbi.

Delivery Times:

All orders will be dispatched by First Class post or Airmail upon receipt of cleared payments. Allow 1-2 working days if ordering within the United Kingdom; 3-5 working days if ordering from Western Europe; 7-10 working days for orders from United States, Canada, and South East Asia. Pre-orders for scheduled titles will be shipped upon publication.

Returns:

We will accept returns, provided they are made within 14 days and any books returned are in the same condition they were when delivered.
